Heart Failure
 Dr. Tibb is a front line clinician, researcher and educator. He joined Valley Health System in July 2014 and currently serves as Chief Quality Officer of Valley Medical Group in addition to being the Medical Director of Palliative Care at The Valley Hospital. Dr. Tibb is Board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases, Critical Care, Neurocritical Care and Palliative & Hospice Medicine.  Dr. Tibb also completed a fellowship in Clinical Quality and Patient Safety and his work has been recognized both locally and nationally with several awards for Quality Improvement.  In 2012-13 and 2013-14 he received the 'GAGE' award from America's essential hospitals for "Palliative Care Integration in the ICU" & "CAUTI reduction – Journey towards ZERO" respectively.
